Riley Brooks, RDN, MS, LD is a registered dietitian with Master's and Bachelor's degree in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England. Her training includes extensive education in medical nutrition therapy, equipping her to support clients with a range of health needs, from diabetes management and healthy aging to general wellness and disease prevention. She also has a growing interest in sports nutrition, helping active individual fuel their performance while maintaining a balanced relationship with food.
Her journey into nutrition began during her early college years, where a course in sustainable food systems sparked a deep interest in the intersection between food, health and the environment, This experience led her to the dietetics field, where she continues to explore how food is medicine and how nutrition can empower people to thrive at every stage of life.
Outside of her work as a dietitian, Riley loves staying active through the gym, hiking, yoga and enjoys spending time cooking with friends and family. She brings this same balance of structure and joy into her practice, creating a supportive space where clients can learn, grow and build a lifelong connection to their health.

Grounded in evidence-based science and guided by the principals of Health at Every Size (HAES) and mindful eating. She works with clients to develop personalized, realistic habits that support long term health, physically and mentally, Her goal is for every client to discover their own path to food freedom, free from guilt and restriction.
